What a great experience to have these folks out to fix my dryer. The gentleman that came out was a former Sears tech so he really knew his stuff. He had everything fixed quickly and my dryer has Nexen worked better! Great job Ultimate!!

My fridge was making the most horrendous noises. The technician, Ayan arrived on time, calling me 30 minutes before arriving. He identified the problem immediately. Needed to get a new part & the inside of the freezer was frozen solid. He arrived the next day (after everything had defrosted) on time, calling me 30 minutes before arrival and Bam! my fridge was up and running. He also gave me some useful tips on maintenance. Highly recommend. Contacted for dryer repair. Very quick to respond. Came out & confirmed problem. Scheduled a 2 hour window to come back with part to fix dryer. On time for both visits, called to advise when the would arrive at house. Area was cleaned up after work completed. Reviewed with me the work they performed & offered recommendations to ensure problem doesn't occur again. Very polite, wore masks & shoe booties. Thank you for great service!
